Required Services
Cleaning & Security Deposit $1000
$700 will be refunded after your event if no damages, additional time, or additional security is accrued. $300 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
Exclusive Services
SECURITY
A security officer is included in your venue rental fee for the duration of a four hour event.
VALET
Complimentary valet is included in your venue rental during peak season. Valet can be hired during non-peak season for an additional cost.
Caterer
We have a list of amazing caterers to choose from. Unfortunately, we do not allow caterers that are not on our approved list.
