  • The total guest count capacity of Knight Sky Dallas is 175 for cocktail style, or 80 for full seating style.

  • Every large event has little issues that occur throughout the day, but with professionals running the show, you’ll never even know they occurred. We have a list of amazing caterers to choose from for your event that will provide your food and beverages. Unfortunately, we do not allow caterers that are not on our approved list.

  • There is no self-parking at Knight Sky Dallas. To use the private Parkland Knight lot, valet is required through our exclusive valet provider and is included in your venue rental fee.

  • The venue must look as it did upon arrival for the start of your event. You are responsible for removing all items that you have brought in by the end of your rental period. Your caterer is responsible for removing all food trash from the facility and disposing it in the on-site dumpster.

  • In order to reserve a date at Knight Sky, we require a 50% deposit of the rental fee. The remaining 50% of the rental fee and a $1,000 cleaning and damage deposit is due 30 days prior to your event date.  Once your event has concluded and if there are no damages found in the venue, you will receive $700 of the cleaning and damage deposit back and the other $300 is withheld as a cleaning fee.

  • We will work with you to tailor the timeline to your needs. All events must end by 11pm and the room must be cleaned and cleared by 12am. All items must be removed the night of your event and Knight Sky does not assume any responsibility for items left behind.
